We offer online bill-payment services free of charge to all our customers. Simply add our complimentary bill-payment service to your Internet banking service. This convenience saves time and money, enabling you to pay your bills without having to write checks, or address and stamp envelopes.

Mobile Money 

West Alabama Bank’s Mobile Money is moving with you—anytime, anywhere. Access your account information from your Mobile Phone or iPad® with either text messaging, our downloadable application or mobile web access.

Mobile Deposit

With the West Alabama Bank APP (Mobile  Money), you can deposit checks using your smart phone camera.  Enjoy the convenience and security of this advanced service. 

  • Checks must be endorsed with proper signature and "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT"
  • $1,000 daily limit
  • Deposits made after 2 p.m. will post on the next business day

E-statements 
  • Customers can view their statements as soon as they are created
  • E-statements reduce the risk of identity theft
  • Statements are available for 13 consecutive months
  • Customers can save statements directly to their computers, disk or CD
  • Customers can receive checking and savings statements
  • Customers must be enrolled for Internet Banking or Business Banking
  • E-statements are free.

Debit Cards 

Our MasterCard debit card works like a check, only better. Use it to make purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted. The funds are taken directly out of your checking account, eliminating check-writing and identification hassles. Your debit card doubles as an ATM card too, giving you 24-hour access to your funds. All applicants must have a checking account in good standing with West Alabama Bank. 

Your West Alabama Bank debit card is also compatible with Apple Pay on your iPhone® 6 or Apple Watch ™ 5 or 6 using the Passbook application running on iOS 8.1 or later.   Visit Apple Pay FAQs to learn more.

Report a lost or stolen debit card immediately! Call or notify WAB at 205-375-9442 during business hours or call 1-800-472-3272 anytime.  To activate your new card or reset your PIN, call 1-800-992-3808.

Automatic Savings 

We can transfer the amount you authorize from your checking account into your savings account every month automatically.

Talk with us about applying for a Visa or MasterCard credit card with worldwide acceptance, providing you with purchasing convenience at competitive interest rates.

Direct Deposit 

At no cost to you, we can automatically deposit your regular social security check, retirement check, military payroll check or corporate payroll check directly into your account for security and convenience.

24-Hour Depository 

This convenient, after-hours service is available to all our customers. Just drop your transaction in an envelope, place it in the depository and we’ll mail you a receipt.

Bank-By-Mail 

Special envelopes are provided free to our checking and savings customers for this convenient service.
